- Custom order? Include reference images, approximate size, color/finish preferences, and a deadline if you have one. The more detail, the faster we can quote.
- Order question? Drop your order number in the comment so we can pull it up immediately.
- Damaged in shipping? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
- Wholesale or press? Tell us a bit about your shop, publication, or audience and we'll route your message to the right person.

Good to Know
- Response time: 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays may take a bit longer.
- We're a small team. You're talking to the people who actually make and paint your pieces — not a call center.
- Privacy: Your name, email, and phone stay between us. We don't share or sell contact info.
- Phone is optional. Only fill it in if you'd prefer a call back. Most communication happens over email.
- Made-to-order pieces are final sale. If you're unsure about a custom or hand-painted piece, message us first — we'd rather answer questions than process a return.
- Currently shipping: US only. International is on the roadmap.
