About Our Products

Are your pieces really hand-painted? +

Yes. Every bust, book nook, wall piece, and shelf display is finished by hand in our workshop. Because no two pieces are painted exactly the same way, slight variation in tone, layering, and finish is part of what makes each one unique — not a defect.

How are your pieces made? +

Our collectibles start as a 3D-printed base, which we then sand, prime, and hand-paint. We use durable PLA with post-processing for strength and detail. Apparel and drinkware are produced on-demand through trusted print partners.

What materials do you use? +

Hand-painted pieces are printed in high-quality PLA and finished with acrylics and sealants. Mugs are ceramic and dishwasher-safe. Hoodies are a 50/50 cotton/polyester blend (Heather Sport Dark Navy is 40/60).

Can I see more photos before I buy? +

Yes — message us through the Contact page and we're happy to send additional angles, scale references, or finish detail shots.

Ordering & Custom Work

How long until my order ships? +

Most pieces are made-to-order. Hand-painted busts, book nooks, and shelf displays typically ship within 5–10 business days. Apparel and drinkware ship within 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you offer custom or commissioned work? +

Yes. We take a limited number of custom commissions each month — themed busts, custom book nooks, shelf displays, and one-off pieces for collectors and fans. See our Custom Orders page to start a request.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it? +

Reach out as soon as possible. If we haven't started painting your piece yet, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Once a hand-painted piece is in production, it can't be cancelled.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes? +

Not yet, but we're working on it. If you'd like a handwritten note included with a gift, mention it in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best.

Shipping

Where do you ship? +

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap.

How much does shipping cost? +

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

What if my package arrives damaged? +

We pack carefully, but accidents happen. Send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

My tracking hasn't updated. What do I do? +

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to populate after shipment. If it's been longer than that, reach out and we'll look into it.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy? +

Made-to-order hand-painted pieces are final sale — each one is finished specifically for the customer who ordered it. Apparel and drinkware can be returned in unused, original condition within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What if I receive the wrong item? +

Email us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct piece and cover return shipping on the wrong one.

Care & Display

How do I care for a hand-painted piece? +

Dust gently with a soft brush or microfiber cloth. Avoid water, household cleaners, and solvents — they can damage the finish. Keep pieces out of direct, prolonged sunlight to preserve color over time.

Are book nooks safe between real books? +

Yes — they're sized to slide between standard hardcover and trade-paperback books. We recommend giving them a stable shelf and avoiding overhead moisture.

How do I wash my hoodie or mug? +

Hoodies: machine wash cold, inside-out, tumble dry low. Mugs: dishwasher and microwave safe.
